Q&A Self Service Portal

I received a confirmation email, unfortunately I do not have access to the customer specific Self Service Portal

You have most likely been created as a user in the user administration of our Atlassian environment. Unfortunately, you may find that you are not linked to the organization name in the specific customer Self Service portal, which means that you only have access to the public Self Service Portal. Please contact for this, the person who sent you a personal invitation. Then we will be happy to fix this for you.

My colleague sees the customer specific Self Service Portal and request requests from organization. Why don't I see these?

Most likely, you have not been added as a user in the user administration of our Atlassian environment and organization name. For this reason, you only have access to the general Self Service Portal. If you require access, please contact your contact person in the CSM department. We will then (after validation) ensure that you have access as soon as possible.

How do I gain insight into my own or the organization's registered requests?

Registered tickets can be viewed via your 'Avatar' at the top right of the screen. For more information see Uitleg Self Service Portal Atlassian

I am not missing all tickets in the registered requests, what is the cause of this?

  1. Check if your filters are set correctly in the Self Service Portal. Preferably select that all filters are filtered as 'ALL'.

  1. The ticket was created by our own CSM department, when creating the ticket manually, in some cases the 'request type' was not filled in. Our CSM department can fix this for you based on the missing ticket ID.

I have created a ticket in Mydatamatcher, why do I not see this ticket in Self Service Portal?

Tickets created directly in the Mydatamatcher must first be reassigned to the customer organization name. Once that is done, you can see this ticket back in the overview.
